The Elleray

The location was great, very near the train station and a grocery store. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed, shower had hot water and pressure.

I left my ear buds in my room. I contacted the hotel later that day. They had found them and offered to send them to me. When I told them I lived in Hawaii, I have not heard back from them. I told them I would pay for shipping, still silence.

Super close to Windermere station and minutes from the centre, excellent location

The location was central and convenient, the atmosphere was joyful, the breakfadt was far better than expectation and the staff members were polite and forthcoming.

The location is definitely the best, as it located around the train station and the walking distance is within 5 minutes.

The room was not meeting our expectation as the heater itself does not work well, and they gave us a small portable heater instead. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working well, no heating in the bathroom makes it colder. They did not mention the room service at all when we checked in, so we did not have an option to choose to get room cleaned or not. But they did once in the first day and they did not clean our room on the second day, which left us very confused. For the breakfast, the service was slow as it is only one person getting breakfast done for around 5 table of customers. We waited for 40 minutes for our breakfast and I think this could be improve by increasing the member of staff. Overall the experience is ok, but it could be better because they listed as a 4-star-hotel on google, so I expected better service with the room.
