Great location, really helpful, friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was beautiful.

Facilities that saw were fabulous.

The first set of stairs were very steep and without a handrail. Knew would struggle with suitcase so decided to find another hotel. The remaining stairs were less steep and easier to traverse with bannister to hold.

Comfy bed, quiet, amazing bathroom, very clean, very designer and well thought out - was surprised to find that in Felixstowe! Had a nice vibe and ambience. Handy location.

Very steep narrow stairs with no rail, difficult with luggage, had to do it in two trips. Couldn't leave luggage there on second day, so had to lug it around all day, but this was due to a family need. Attic room bit squashed; think would be better as a single, but probably a financial consideration.

The place was super clean, beautifully furnished and very cosy. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and the property is situated in a very nice and convenient part of town. The property has shared bathrooms, but that was no bother at all and it almost felt like we had it all to ourselves.

My room was very nice, clean and warm. Comfy bed. The shared bathroom was no problem. It was also nice and clean with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Owners were very friendly.

What a fabulous stay, host was warm and friendly. Amazing value for money, quite possibly the cleanest property I have ever stayed in! Delicious smelling high quality bed linen, fantastic facilities, convenient parking. I would have honestly paid much more than our room value, do not hesitate to book!
