Great location
Excellent base
Hosts contacting at different stages
They advised of older properties and basic feels
But everything was there including milk tea coffee and washing up liquid.
Great parking
Nice site and gardens
We struggled with the TV but that's an issue issue not an issue for hosts.
Didn't visit the beach as it's not easily accessible if you have disabilities

The svenic views was lovley, the passtime entertainment in the room, along witth the kitchen having everything we needed.
There isn't much to add that i didn't like. We enjoyed our stay. If i could add to this it would just be the location, but as recommended, the location needs car for a good source of transport. Which if going to somewhere like this, it should have been planned beforehand.hoqevee the rranspirt buses in and outnof kilkhampton was great, just the spaves in between buses wasnt to great but this isn't the hotels fault.
