A bit run down but clean. Arrived after midnight and was quickly checked in.
One bed was busted but the other one was ok. Too firm for my liking but the pillows were good.

The toilet was equipped with a bidet, super clean room, reasonably comfortable bed, walking distance to several restaurants, mid-size refrigerator, microwave and a huge TV. Older and a bit beat up, but for the money this is a helluva deal.
I was completely satisfied with as it was.
