The location was perfect, in 5 min from the old town

We were piligrims and we went 30 Km on the day of arrival. In the morning I got a message in booking with the instructions how to get in the apartment. We had to pick up a key in 1 Km from the apartment and return. It was too difficult for us that day. I asked several questions about the possibility to check-out later than at 11 am and did not receive any answer:( We checked-out at around 12 when the cleaning lady arrived and gave the key to her. In 10 min the landlord called me and requested to pay for late arrival and for leaving the key in the apartment. In addition to it, the coffee machine, some plugs were broken. In one of the bedroom there was sand:(

Fabuloso. No tiene pegas. La ubicación es increíble a diez minutos andando de la catedral. Un bajo sin escaleras amplio y cómodo

Solo un detalle. No había papel higiénico, pero es tan bueno el piso que no quisimos molestar a la casera. No hay más pegas

Il ritiro delle chiavi è stato disagevole, per chi viene non c'è accoglienza solo comunicazioni scritte in portoghese. Ritirare le chiavi in un luogo diverso e molto lontano è stato davvero disagevole e difficile. L'assistenza tramite Whatsapp fredda e poco collaborativa. Insomma davvero pessimo!
