Apartment is very conveniently located, building is always tidy, and the apartment itself is meticulously clean. A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment is fully equipped, with some nice small touches like various toiletries in the bathroom, complimentary chocolate and water bottles in the kitchen. There are spices for cooking and plenty of utensils available. Everything is really well thought through. This was my second stay here and I would definitely return. The hosts are always most helpful.

Received very clear instructions on how to get to the property, approximately 15 minutes tram ride from the Riga train station, as well as how to get keys. The studio apartment was fully equipped, with pans for cooking, a fully equipped bathroom (with multiple kinds of soap - a great touch for anyone who doesn't want overly flowery-smelling soap). With a grocery store 150 meters away, it was easy to stock up on breakfast and light dinner meals. A great property! If arriving from train from the north, you can get off the train at Zemitāni station and walk, if you don't have much luggage. It's not far - a bit more than a kilometer.
If you are a light sleeper, the tram line that runs on Miera iela might be a challenge, but any noise was limited by simply closing the windows. No problems, would happily stay here again when next in Riga.
