Cottage lovely Garden super

we visit Minehead regularly, but had never been to this area. the cottage itself and surrounding area is so pretty, all thatched cottages and views of the church and surrounding countryside. the cottage is cosy, and the garden was a joy to sit in with everything in bloom and the birds visiting. the town is a few minutes walk away for suppliers and the seafront probably a 10-15 min walk. it is up hill, so if you are walking there is an incline. but plenty of space for cars to be parked.

Very quirky place, it felt a bit like sleeping in an open air museum 😂
So many interesting details in the house. We kept on finding new fun things we hadn’t seen before.
The fact that there was a garden and plenty of space to sit outside.
The quirky-ness/museum-like quality of the place makes that it’s slightly less practical than some other places. But that adds to the charm 😉!

A nice thatched cottage with charm in a quiet location.
Parking was a problem ,the neighbours parked in the only parking space outsude the back door. The TV reception was very poor and we gave up trying to watch it. The back door lock was difficult to lock.
