Breakfast was okay, but a bit odd: only a few items were at the buffet, while the waiter brought the rest out from the kitchen on a single plate.

We were assigned a room on the first floor even though we had requested one on an upper floor; after I expressed my disappointment, they moved us to an upper floor. However, when we wanted to make a cup of tea, we were shocked to find the tea bag covered in bacteria and mold. When we notified reception, the response was simply, "Thanks, we'll let the housekeeper know." There was no apology, and no manager came immediately to see this disgraceful situation—it was truly disgusting and a potential health hazard (we have photos). We certainly won't recommend this hotel to friends, and we certainly won't be returning. Also, upon arrival, the receptionist asked if we wanted breakfast, noting that it cost extra. When I mentioned that I believed I had already paid for breakfast, he replied, "Yes, you paid Booking.com, and that price doesn't include breakfast—though if you booked directly with us, it would be included." It seems Booking.com sends them customers, yet they badmouth the platform.
