Location, space, clean, well-equipped.
Gardens front and rear need serious attention.

House was spacious, all bedrooms had full size double beds with comfortable mattresses. 2 full size bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath) both with toilet.
It met all our needs for a family get together from overseas.
Good central location with easy walking to the City and mature parks and river walks.
Good range of small cafes & restaurants & pubs within walking distance.
Nice vibe.
Probably due for change of season ‘spring clean’, oven needs attention and curtains in bedroom off rail.
An out door washing line would have been helpful but then it probably is unusual to have a week of sunshine to be able to dry clothes outside 😄

Very cosy and lovely house.
Communication with the owners was very smooth and everything was well organised.
Great location on top of that, I would recommend for a stay in Cardiff.
