The location of the apartment is very central, close to a main street - but still relatively quiet - the apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift). The apartment was spacious with high ceilings and four good-sized bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. There is aircon in the kitchen / living room but only floor fans in bedrooms.
The two bathrooms are very small. It would have been nice to have more towels (one towel per person + two very small hand towels were provided), as well as some cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Some aspects felt a bit neglected (e.g. broken door handles, dead plants) - you could also pay more attention to cleanliness.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Most places were only a 20 minute walk. Very central. The apartment had plenty of space with two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped.
As we were travelling with hand luggage, it would’ve been really nice to have had some toiletries i.e. shampoo, conditioner, bath wash. And a little bit more comfortable seating as there really was only room for two on the sofa in an apartment that’s catered for eight. It really felt as though there wasn’t enough seating unless we all sat round the kitchen table.

The apartment was actually lovely, the pictures were accurate, the beds were comfortable, it was spacious, had all of the facilities it claimed except for one (see below)
The apartment advertised that it had an elevator and I didn't ask what floor it was on because of that. The property is in the 3rd floor and the ceilings are very high. Our family group included a toddler and my 85 year old mother. It was difficult for my mother to climb all those the stairs and for my daughter to carry the toddler.
I asked the property for compensation but they first stated that they didn't add the elevator feature (false) and then didn't reply to further queries. I will say that Booking.com were very good and gave me some compensation. I hope the property took off the elevator from the description for future guests.
