Great location, very close to the beach, market, Allenby. We didn't take the car at all except for outings outside of Tel Aviv. The space in the apartment is fantastic, very nicely decorated. And although we didn't use the kitchen, it is fully equipped. Next time maybe we will cook a bit.
There is construction next door, but that is not the property's fault.

We were all very impressed with this property — absolutely stunning apartment with everything you would need for a short or long term stay in Tel Aviv. Owners were extremely professional and quick to respond to any problems and questions we encountered. We were visiting during Rosh Hashanah and it was great to have a full kitchen, plata, and beautiful/complete set of plates fit for the holiday. We could not have asked for a better stay for our family trip!
Though the location of the penthouse is excellent, the immediate surroundings next to the public parking garage was not the prettiest. Additionally the parking was very tight, nonetheless having private parking right by the beach was extremely convenient during our stay.

As you see in the pictures this penthouse has character! I was there with 3 kids, we all loved it. Very good location. private elevator and parking. all amenities you expect to find and even more (beach towel, full cable TV...)
The view is not the best, especially with the construction site next-door but we didn't really care. We where very sad. to leave.
