The location is excellent! However, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to the nearby clubs, but if you're not too sensitive to noise, it's not a big issue. The bedroom facing the courtyard is completely quiet, though. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet, which is a big plus when several people are staying together. It's also nicely equipped, although I personally think a few basic essentials are missing, such as baking paper for the oven and paper towels. In general, if the kitchen is large and well-equipped, I think these basic supplies should also be provided. However, this is just a minor detail. All in all, a very nice apartment in an excellent location!

The biggest issue for us was parking, as there was only one parking space in the garage. We were two families travelling with children, so naturally, we arrived with two cars. Before our arrival, we asked whether both cars could be parked in the garage, as we were planning to explore the city on foot and use public transport. We were told that this was possible, but that we would have to pay extra for the second car. Alternatively, we could park on the street and pay the hourly parking fee for that zone. However, the daily parking rate in this garage was absolutely ridiculous, especially considering that nearby garages offer parking at prices up to six times lower. In my opinion, this is something the hosts should have informed us about in advance, simply out of consideration for their guests. I find it hard to believe they were unaware of the significant price difference. Unfortunately, even leaving the garage with the car that had complimentary parking turned into a stressful experience. The barrier wouldn't open when we scanned the code we had been given, and the system kept asking us to pay €165. To this day, we're not entirely sure how we managed to get out! After quite some time and several attempts to scan the code, the barrier finally opened. We also experienced some communication issues with the property manager. I won't go into details, and I understand that people can be busy, but waiting two days for a response to a question is something that could definitely be improved. All these issues could have been avoided if the necessary information had been clearly communicated to us in advance. As a tourist visiting a foreign city, I came here to relax and enjoy my holiday. I believe it's reasonable to expect the host to provide helpful information and assistance whenever possible, especially when it could make the guests' stay more enjoyable.

Die Parkgarage war sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. Der Innenhof und der Balkon zum Innenhof war schön.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche hatte einen schlechten Abfluss. Es war Nachts zur Straße raus sehr laut (Bars, Clubs). Der Lift war defekt und wir mussten unser ganzes Gepäck im Treppenhaus hochschleppen. Die Handtücher rochen modrig.
