This is a great place to stay. Close to the parks and all the things around the area. I can't say enough wonderful things about the hosts. We forgot a watch there and they sent cleaning people to look for it and found it and sent it back to us. Great response and nice people! The only con I have is the bunkbeds are small. We were hoping the teen boys could have fit, however bunkbeds were for smaller kids. But still was a great experience and would deff stay here again.

Accomodation was great, enjoyed the saftey of gated comunity, staff really helpful allowing family who lived locally to be let onto gated area to drop us off, loved the heated clubhouse pool and jacuzzi area, was quiet on afternoon we visited and had it to ourselvs, only thing we thought was not the best was sofa a bit tired and chair covers at dining table looked a bit grubby. But these things did not empact our stay, short drive to disney parks and local shops on 192, great location would stay in resort agai staytooourselves.

Was a great location in a safe neighborhood and the layout of the condo fit our needs very well.

I would think that the homeowner is paying HOA dues but the resort has added a $20 "resort fee" in order to get past the gates. As far as I can tell, this fee was not disclosed at time of booking.
One other complaint...
I don't know why property owners can't put decent mattresses into their rentals. My daughter slept on a bed that was almost on the ground because it was missing a boxspring. My bed was extremely poor quality and caused me to walk funny and in pain all the next day at Disney. Skimp on the decor items, not the mattresses.
