good

The experience was extraordinary. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was very beautiful. The only downfall was, of course the weather being rainy, but it was still a wonderful experience. I will definitely book again on my next vacation.

Beautiful property with direct view of ocean; plenty of room for a large group.

The place was in a good location, and view was great. The issue started with the check-in process. I was in continuous communication with the host and constantly checking to make sure everything was taking care of, which the site showed was. The day of arrival (check-in at 4) I receive an email while traveling after 2 that my “verification failed” and they needed another copy of my ID, along with a copy of me holding it and a copy of the card used for reservation. I did not have access to the lockbox, location was closed, VRBO had issues getting in touch, leaving me outside for over an hour in the heat with no apology while texting every number to get the issue resolved. Finally get to the condo, marks on wall, patch that should have been fixed in hallway, obvious floor not cleaned, little to no supplies that is usually in VRBO condo rentals. Pool gates either never closed or did not work, so no security to who was entering. No clear information for expectations or things to be completed by guests that is usually listed, only note about key cost. Very limited equipment/dishes in kitchen for cooking. Nice time but horrible rental experience with host and would not use or stay at location again.
