Great location for both GRAB access and walking to surrounding areas. Straight access to the adjoining mall which was handy. The room was spacious and the addition of the washing machine was great. The facilities such as the rooftop pool were great to relax and look across the city come rain or shine
Be aware when on the top floor with the pool etc make sure you go back into the right lift as both tower 1 and 2 look very similar and we got stuck in the opposite tower and had to use the stairs at night which were not lit. Your key will only work for your lift

Location is good and accessible to many eateries and shopping malls
When we first entered apartment smelled of cigarette and mould. The mouldy stench came from laundry room. The internal tube of the dryer was very slimy and mouldy. There is no long mirror in any of the rooms and no bedside tables which was inconvenient. We had to put our small belongings on the iron board. We were 4 adults staying but there were only 2 dining chairs provided.
Seriously for the price we paid, it’s not worth paying. There are many more airbnbs available in KL.
