This place was an absolute gem! My husband and I
wanted a more personal experience but with all of the convenience and amenities of a bigger hotel- and this exceeded every expectation! The staff was kind, attentive, helpful and genuinely made the stay incredible. The rooms were spacious beautifully decorated, air conditioned, insulated noise from the streets. The location was walkable to great restaurants, shopping and transport. We loved it and recommend to anyone wanting a bit more personal touch in a gorgeous city.

Biaggio! He was an incredible host. He was genuinely friendly and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. He gave us croissants and coffee when we had early morning activities. He was helpful and spot on with food recommendations and generally steered us in the right direction. He was a super hotel manager.
