Excellent location. Everything you need is in close walking distance. Host was really supportive and kind.

Just the overall acoustic isolation to the outside and neighbor rooms are a bit thin.

Casa con habitaciones muy bien situada, cerca de todo andando al centro de Kutaisi y con aparcamiento en la puerta , la atención con la propietaria es muy cercana y está pendiente en todo momento. Limpieza muy correcta con amenities.

La cama era muy grande y limpia, pero el colchón y las almohadas no eran muy cómodas, no hay armario ni nada para colgar y el agua caliente de la ducha cuesta mucho graduarla, el agua caliente sale ardiendo.

Clean and neat

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We were offered coffee/tea on arrival.

Finding the place was the first issue. We used public transport and although we had a street name and number, there was simply no signage, posters, or banners to indicate the name of the hotel. On the first evening, there were 2 incidents where staff entered our room while we were in bed without even knocking. And no the door wasn't locked. It seemed they were confused as to which rooms were assigned to which guests. There are 3 rooms in total. The following morning our hot water ran out within a minute or two. We did report this and the staff responded quickly, offering us a bathroom in one of the other unoccupied rooms, however, we had already gotten dressed by that time. Lastly, the walls are all dry-walling and thin. We could hear every sound our "neighbours" in the next room made.
