Very spacious property for upto 10 people with all basic amenities including appliances, basic cooking essentials like silverware & seasonings.
Due to lot of greenery around, few insects were flying around inside the house and roadside parking.

Great value for a good amount of space. With a vehicle not too far from the city.
Not to any fault of the property owners, but the neighbourhood is pretty sketchy which can be offputting to some people. Also, there’s not much to do in walking distance all places to eat close by.

The stay was good overall. The beds were comfortable, rooms were adequately spacious, the house was well-supplied with everything we needed, bathrooms were clean and with hot water, WIFI was good, and the host frequently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly.
It was a nice stay overall except one problem. There was a sandwich on the table which had been clearly eaten through its wrapper by a small animal and we later heard squeaking sounds and rummaging in the trash overnight. We found a rat/mouse-sized hole in the attic door, so we unfortunately could not use that room to sleep in and it made the rest of the night stressful as we were not sure where the rodent was. It is unfortunate that that happened as the stay was good other than that and the host said he will immediately work on contacting the exterminators and fixing the problem once we told him.
