The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, they really made the stay special. They cleaned the garden every day, and it was beautiful and peaceful. The swimming pool was spotless and super relaxing, with a lovely breeze under the trees. The apartment itself was very clean and lovely. Everything felt well looked after. It’s only about a 4-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect.

The only small thing was a slight smell of humidity on the first day. I’m not sure if it was because the air con needed to be on, or just typical Bali humidity. I also noticed a little humidity on the wall in one of the smaller houses (I think it might be one of the older buildings). After that first day it wasn’t an issue.

A real gem in Canggu! In addition to a nice room - complete with a large balcony and a small kitchen - there is a large, beautiful garden that I really enjoy. Everywhere else, you just get a room - and that’s it. Usually, there’s a pool area somewhere on the property, but that’s about all. Here, however, every little house is surrounded by gardens and plenty of greenery. It gives you the feeling of having much more space than just a single room. The pool and garden area is lovely, too. The staff - Ina, Melanie, and Agus - are incredibly helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions. Plus, it’s just two minutes from the Atlas Club and right in the heart of the Canggu action. Everything is easily accessible, yet it remains very quiet during the day and at night (after midnight). There’s a small supermarket right across the street where you can find almost anything.

You can hear the Atlas Beach Club in the evening a little bit, but they wrap things up around midnight, so you can sleep very peacefully.

I loved the location and simplicity.

Mosquitos were ravenous! I was warned they would be spraying but not instructed to leave. I got so sick that I was reimbursed by Booking. Bathroom is in the room but “outside”… I have a video of over 30 mosquitoes congregating on the corner of the roof. I once killed 8 mosquitoes while sitting on the toilet at night, not an exaggeration AT ALL. Pictures are misleading. The building by the pool is the neighboring property. The pool was non-operable during my stay and a host to a gratuitous amount of frogs and algae.
