Gentilezza e discrezione del personale Vicinanza a tutto e al battello per la riva est e i templi

Nulla

We are a family group of 9 with both grandparents, one with mobility issues. The staff and Omran the manager were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. I was wisked off to a cash point when I needed to go on arrival, my father in law was given every assistance, we were escorted to a great restaurants and given all manor of useful advice and information. Omran also organised us knowledgeable, friendly tour guides/Egyptologists, excursions and river crossings for a reasonable rate and with no hassle. It's a one stop solution to the West bank of Luxor. Just let yourself sip a fresh guava juice, offered by the house, while your feet dangle in the pool and relax, you are in good hands. Thank you Moon house and the team.

Leaving

A few minutes walk to public ferry. The property is clean, modern and well cared for, has a pool, good sized room with balcony, aircon and ceiling fan.

The pool was amazing. The rooms itself are spacious with not only a bedroom but a dining room separately as well. They allowed us to book in a bit earlier and gave us free welcoming drinks both days we were there which was kind of them. Also for the price it is worth what you are paying for.

They didn't accept VISA/Card for any of the "restuarant" items and only told us afterwards, as well as their "restaurant" consisting of very limited stock. I would recommend eating next door at the other hotels if you plan on booking here. There is no reception and it feels very informal the way the hotel runs. The hotel itself is nice but its management doesn't seem to know how to manage the hotel to its best capabilities. The place just felt...empty. the rooms were very bareboned and the overall feel of the hotel just felt like it had no soul.
