Everything. The apartment is quiet, huge, clean, and has one of the most incredible views of ramla bay and sundawn. It also sports one of the most equipped kitchens I've ever seen in my travels - but this is also quite necessary, since the closest market is 1 km away and you'll need to pack food in the (huge) fridge for your stay. Also, there are no bars or restaurants around, although bolt food is a reality and you can order delivery.
Ramla beach is just 10 minutes down the (steep) road, but it's well equipped and a nice place to stay ( You can "bolt" your way up back to the apartment).
Nothing. The quiet neighborhood and the absence of any kind of nightlife in the surrounding area may be startling someone.

Location, facilities, host, communication. Everything was super.

We were late getting there and our host waited for us to arrive. He showed us around and recommended somewhere for dinner.
