This is a beautiful apartment in a great position in Icod, very close to the centre and bus stops immediately outside. Access was easy as a lovely neighbour lets you in. The apartment is on the 4th (top) floor but there is a lift for easy access. We were surprised at how spacious and airy the apartment is. 2 of the bedrooms have balconies looking out over the town. This does make for some traffic noise if you have the door open but is quiet at night. There is a shortage of sockets in the bedrooms for charging phones etc, an extension lead would be useful. The kitchen is large and well supplied and does have plenty of sockets so we charged our electricals there. There is a large fridge with a small freezer, gas hob (propane with spare bottle) microwave and coffee maker. The lounge area is a good size, only 1 sofa but 6 chairs around the dining table. Large tv. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. 1 good size bathroom with bath/shower Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and we slept well. We will absolutely be returning to this apartment and recommending it to friends.

Its very difficult to find anything negative to say but we did have one small problem with the key to the building entrance, we really struggled with it. The lovely neighbour did come to try the keys and she also struggled but did manage to open the door with one of the keys. Hopefully this is something that can easily be resolved with new keys. The neighbours own key worked perfectly. The only other issue and nothing to do with the apartment is that parking can be difficult to find. Ive never not got parked in Icod but it can take a little while to find a space. We live in Tenerife anyway and just like to have odd nights away here and there so next time we stay we will go by bus as the bus service in the north is fantastic

The apartment was incredible, the communication with the host was perfect. We were welcomed by the neighbors, who were really nice !! Everything was perfect ! We wish we stayed more ! 🙏
