Couldn't have been better located for the town amenities, access to walks & caves. Amazed we hardly did any driving throughout the week as so much within close proximity to the cottage. We did no cooking all week as there were 7 different pubs for us to try throughout our stay! (The George and their Steak Pie HIGHLY recommended!). Cottage superb. Excellent condition, extremely clean and staff very accommodating with my concerns about dog hair (due to my allergies). Cottage spacious, excellent property with 3 bathrooms (each with a shower) and decorated exactly as you'd expect for a country cottage - just what you want to stay in, in a location such as this. Views from cottage beautiful. Off road parking greatly appreciated. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lots of character. Amazing views. Really comfortable and clean.

Nothing, it was exactly what we wanted for our stay.

Beautiful house in a great location on the edge of Castleton. The property had everything we needed and was of a very high spec.
