Don't get scared of the neighborhood, Dar Riad provides what it promises once you step inside. It is close to the pallaces, though.
The staff was helpful and present. They provided a room with an extra mattress for our child even though we did not required one.
The breakfast was satisfying with many options.
Bathroom was more than big. We did not had time to use the terrace or the jacuzzi.
The sound of squeaking doors!!! (which is present in all Moroccan accommodations). You should just use some WD40 or Vaseline to solve this simple problem.
Since rooms are very close in all Riads, you can easily hear sounds from your neighbors. We did not had any issues with that day's guests, but is something you could expect.

The staff were very caring
The rooms were very clean
Scruffy area
The top window above the door was hanging down, Simon had to jam it in
The water in the pool was murky, not inviting to use

"Un Riad bellissimo Monsif è un ragazzo utile e gentile. La cucina è molto buona, fatta con il cuore. Ci torno sicuramente e senza pensarci."
