Host was very communicative via WhatsApp! He checked in on our arrival time and even let us check in early to drop off our luggages. Retrieval of key was very straightforward and the host's instructions for entering the building were very clear (no side quests lol). He provided recommendations that ended up being great! The apartment itself was spacious and even had a washer and dryer with detergent in unit which made it really nice for getting some laundry done. It is also located on a very busy street so I felt safe walking home at night. Despite being on a busy street, I couldn't hear too much noise since the apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor, so it didn't bother my sleep.

I found a roach in the apartment :( It hid under the entryway furniture for a couple of days and we needed to close the bedroom door during this time which prevented the cool air from entering the bedroom. The AC is in the main area so we had a very warm night. There was a fan in the bedroom so that helped. Additionally, there was no lighting in the stairs/entryway up to the apartment so we needed to use our phone flashlights to help us see. Sometimes an automatic light would turn on but this wasn't always the case. Everything else was great minus the roach and lack of light in the stairway upon entry.

Nicolò is very hospitable. He provided information about tourist locations, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and other things.

Right in the middle of everything, super quick to get to the beach, restaurants and everything in Monopoli. It was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed like air conditioning, wifi and it was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop had a great view. Nico the host was super responsive and helpful and gave me great recommendations and assisted me with the train schedule which I appreciated.

The door was a bit tricky to open and the noise did carry a bit from outside but neither were a big deal.
