We had an amazing time at this house. The hosts made sure we knew about food and tubing options in the area and were very responsive when we messaged them during our stay!

Debbie is an amazing host! She’s thought of everything needed for an amazing stay on the river. The house is immaculate, the kitchen and grill area provides everything imaginable for weekend cooks and pit masters alike! The bedrooms generously accommodated our gang and the beds are super comfy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the dock watching the river pass by and again in the evening with cocktails for the sunsets. Did I mention the house is pet friendly? Our labs thoroughly enjoyed the dock and enormous yard! We had a fabulous trip and look forward to visiting again!

We all enjoyed stay . Check in very easy . Great communication with host .kitchen facilities were adequate, we did use kitchen facilities for breakfast purpose . We had great time , quiet neighborhood, grocery store conveniently located .

The size and location can’t be beat. The access to the water with the dock was our favorite place to hang out. We swam, laughed and made many memories. We enjoyed that all of us had our own rooms with adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were nice size, which kept us from feeling crowded. There were 8 adults and 3 kids and we never came close to running out of beach towels or bath towel. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Our son left his work phone there and Debbie, was nice enough to overnight it to him. The cons of the property are: I did not like the check in process. You meet the owners there and they give you a tour and the keys. I would prefer to just read the nice book of information they have there and pick the keys up with a drop box. The home needs a major cleaning from top to bottom. There was dust so thick on the headboard where we slept, the floors didn’t appear to have been swept. We swept the living room, kitchen and room we slept in and couldn’t believe the amount of sand and dog hair we got up. There was a ton of sand on the ottoman in the living room also. The outdoor furniture didn’t appear to have been wiped down for awhile. The sunroom is listed as a bedroom when it fact it isn’t. A HUGE disappointed was the slide at the deck is broken. The deck railings are loose and need to be fixed. However, we would stay here again because the size of the house is perfect for us
