This property was clean and management was attentive. I felt there were a couple of things that would add to the experience. The king bed sheets did not fit well and would come off the corners. Also there was only a 10”, very used, iron skillet for cooking. Another large skillet would have been very helpful. Pool was a nice addition! Overall would stay at the property again.

The house was great! It worked perfect for what we needed. We were unable to use the boat lift, which did make it difficult getting in and out of the boat from the dock, but we made it work. It was nice to leave the boat in the water overnight, which was one of our request. The boat ramp was nearby and only minutes to Laguna Madre Bay. The neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room to park in the driveway, to include truck and boat trailer. We had a minor issue, but SPI responded quickly and sent maintenance out. The house was clean and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only suggestion for the kitchen - have larger skillets available. We cooked daily and not having a larger skillet made it difficult. We did miss having the extra refrigerator on the ground floor and having a stand alone shower in the master, but overall we liked the property. Thank you for making it a great stay!!

The house is great. Location was close to everything you will need. The pool was good after a day of fishing. The house was clean, and neat. Kitchen was lacking on some cooking items, but still nice. Pillows were not the best so bring your own. We would definitely stay again.

Super cute home! The living area was very comfortable and that's where we spent most of our time. I would recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows. Kitchen was huge and had every appliance needed!
