Let me start by saying we really liked the condo overall, and the area it's in is exceptional, but there are many drawbacks to consider that you should as well. This house says it accommodates up to 10 people. That is a stretch...and a total money grab. This house comfortably sleeps 6...8 is a stretch. 10 is ridiculous. There is ONE TOWEL BAR in each of the 2 full bathrooms. Not very convenient for 10 people to keep track of and hang their towels since you aren't given ONE extra towel. Not one. This house has a tankless hot water heater, which is a huge bonus, since you never run out of hot water. The ice maker in the freezer is useless and hardly makes ice, so you'll be buying ice all the time. The fridge was set way too cold so half of our food froze. That was disappointing. The golf cart is a great bonus and there is a spigot in the garage to rinse your feet off, but if there was a small hose attached it would be amazing and would help to keep a lot of the water OUT of the garage. The area surrounding is great -- plenty of shops, places to eat, ice cream, entertainment at night all within walking. No golf cart needed where this condo is located which we loved. The outdoor area isn't covered and fits ONLY 4 people. Remember they rent this house to up to 10 people. The furniture is VERY uncomfortable and we could all never be outside at the same time. WIFI IS TERRIBLE! If you need a reliable network, this is NOT the place for you. A mesh system would be good.
