This is a great place to stay if you want to spend time with friends and family, watch a movie, play board games, go on walks and spend a little time in and around Chilliwack. The home is quiet, comfortable and has been updated. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were comfy. There is definitely room for 8 people (as advertised), though 2 would be singles or good for kids sleeping together. The hosts were great. They provided an emergency number. We did not have to use it but I have a feeling they would be responsive if you did. We loved the coffee maker!!!

Very nice, cozy accomodations for our family to meet up for Christmas. The pictures are all accurate. It is an older house but is tastefully renovated to offer modern conveniences, (no searching on where to plug in all the chargers) and to make it feel home-y. We didn't find the street noise too loud but we always sleep with fan noise anyhow. Lots of little extras to try to anticipate guests needs, which I feel whether I use them or not, goes a long way to show guests that they appreciate the business. I certainly appreciated the sugar that I'd forgotten to bring to make my cranberry sauce for Christmas dinner! Updated clean bathrooms and kitchen, with plenty of newer dishes to use, comfortable beds, comfy big couch in living room, it was perfect for our needs. Host is nearby and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfection. The luxurious feel of an upscale hotel yet with the charm and warmth of a cozy home. So beautifully decorated, when you walk in the door you will be struck by this immediately. All the little details from the toiletries in the washrooms, the lovely coffee, comfortable beds and spotlessness of the home all contribute to the enjoyable experience. Great location with a short walk to the city centre.

I was pleased to hear a wide range of positive comments, from among our family party of 8 from 3 cities. "Okay, I'm impressed," "It's adorable," "So many thoughtful touches," "Its better than a hotel," "I feel like a millionaire," and more. As the coordinating family member, you can imagine how happy I was to hear these comments ans see everyone get comfortable.
Personally, I was impressed at the obvious work and attention to detail, to get the property to the level It's at. I missed out sitting in the 2 exterior sitting spots, but others mentioned how cute those were.
The property manager was very communicative, both in advance and at check in, and let us know his availability in event we needed assistance over our stay. To cap it off, after checkout I wanted to share my observations and feedback by phone. The call was warm and the feedback clearly appreciated.
This stay delivered, exceeding the expectations a larger group can require. It would also be a lovely getaway for two. I was delighted.
