Definitely bring hand soap. The putt putt place across the street is fun, but the Goofy golf down the road was soooo fun!!!

Condo was as listed. Great view and clean. Upper cabinets were pretty high. Thankfully my husband is tall, we didn't see a step stool! Salt and pepper would be a nice addition to the starter items. We went to the store before arrival and didn't realize there wasn't any! Also, a nice table on the balcony for meals would be a great addition!!!Room is 3 floors from the top, I wouldn't consider it a penthouse! Be prepared for elevator issues! This is beyond the owners control, but know it can be an issue. We have been coming to Ocean Reef for years, and has always been an issue.Overall it was a nice stay, and we would recommend this unit.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Perfect for my family of six, highly recommend.

Pros: Adams communication was friendlyUnit was clean and had additional items to help with stay (wagon, boogie boards, etc)Cons: we chose the unit for a few reasons…one being the ability to eat meals on the balcony as a family overlooking the ocean, that was a big selling point for us. We were highly disappointed that there was not a dining table on the balcony as pictured or described. Additionally, the older gentleman that checked the other family staying with my family in was rude, which I had not found out until I told them about my experience with the older that checked me in. We chalked it up to a long day until we encountered the gentleman again at the elevator a couple days later when he was coming off and we were coming from the beach. My son took the door on the other side and I hurried to grab the other door from him. He looked at our friends and (in an irritated voice) said “well, hurry up!”.The last straw for this place was when I got to the unit on Friday and, at around 4:50pm the smoke detector starts chirping. I call Adam (who is pleasant, but the smoke detector situation was a whole thing). He had me reset and said to call back if it goes off again…it did. It started going off at around 12:30am last night about every few minutes and today was a 12 hour driving travel day (which turned to 16 because we stopped to sleep). I would love to say this was a relaxing vacation after a long school year but it was not and I will not be recommending GBR.
