Excellent location to beach and bay- with nice view of the bay from the deck. Nice big living room.Improvement areas- cold water from master bedroom did not work, water hose downstairs unusable, motion light on stairs only on for 3 seconds, single beds not comfortable (others good), full length mirror or some outside the bathrooms would be nice.

Back deck needs to be replaced. Boards soft and nails sticking up. Many pots and pans. Not usable. Need to be replaced. All else as good.

Host was very welcoming with a gift basket as usually had a great time and a great place to stay very clean and great location for the guys fishing trip we will be back next season

The house and area was fabulous however the experience was tainted due to the owner of the property taking something of ours while we were renting the property. We understand that he stated it was an accident and he thought it was something left behind... but we had to spend the our last afternoon amd morning contacting the property manager. We felt comfortable thinking someone had stolen things from the property until the next morning when we were notified. The property manager was awesome and yes we were offered a fair proce for our item after negotiation...however it left us upset and in a inconvenienced over the whole event.
