We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly.
A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who were extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. Even on days when we didn’t want our room cleaned, they still offered us fresh towels and bottled water, and we could hand them our rubbish to take away. We really appreciated how attentive and accommodating they were.
Having a washing machine in the room was also very convenient, especially during our trip. We appreciated the large refrigerator, the lovely balcony, and the many power outlets throughout the room. We stayed here as a couple while exploring Seoul, and the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was quite firm, but we got used to it after the first night.
Overall, we felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again!
