3 members of reception staff (the one that greeted us and the gentleman with braces alongside his mother) were so professional and polite to us. There was a nice variation of food during the day and evening. The cleaning staff and cleaning manager was a lovely lady who understood and assisted in getting a new bed put into the AC room - thank you. There were cats sitting around the hotel which the children loved.

We were a group of 13 - who had suites with balcony - 203, 403, 404 and 772. After requesting the rooms to be close together - this was not provided. There was air conditioning in the bedroom only for 2 people the pictures in the hotel website looked nothing like the ones we got. So 5 guests had a sofa bed with no AC in that room, which resulted in struggling all night, the reception staff provided no fans at all!! alongside suggesting to AC room door open??? The rest of the reception staff were rude, as I was accused of breaking my sofa bed on arrival to hotel and had no sleep on a broken bed all night. There was no apology provided for the broken bed by the hotel manager - not even once - we were provide 3 room cards for a family of 13. Two of the reception staff were rude to children shouting at them to give the card back on the last day. There was no kettle in the room, but what looked like a 90's version of a coffee maker that took hours to heat anything up. Wifi was really bad, if you wanted better connection you had to pay an extra Euro a day. I had also requested late check out as we arrived at 10 pm - again this was not catered for after being promised it would, we had to pay for 2 rooms for a further 4 hours on the last day. If you want room with AC, professional polite staff that are not aggressive, then I would suggest going to another hotel. I will not be staying here again or recommending this Hotel.

the staff was nice. the water in the swimming pool was pleasantly warm and clean.

the shower only came out with hot or cold water. the temperature of the water changes during the shower. the shower came out really slowly, a long haired person's nightmare. the shower room was cramped. the hotel cleaners didn't do the dishes once during the week. so I should have bought the washing-up liquid myself to wash the dishes. the air heat pumps are placed directly in front of the bed, so there is a cough and runny nose. at our request, a bed was brought for the baby, but no sheets or blanket. for Finnish taste, the breakfast was miserable. we often ate elsewhere because the hotel's food was bland and monotonous. the hotel had a program only once during the week

The staff were exceptional from start to finish, always on hand to help and kept the hotel very clean. The food was varied and could tell a lot was made from fresh. It was an incredible price considering food and drink was unlimited from 8am up until 11pm and the facilities as a whole were impressive.

Not much but was a bit disappointed with the pool as its quite shallow the whole way through. A double bed would have been preferred too.

Been here now 2 times this year. Just came back 3 weeks ago from this place. Had a top floor room looking over the sea and Alanya. Location is perfect for walking and shopping after a day in the pool. All inclusive is great. Not a resort but the hotel has everything. Staff are so nice and helpful along with the management, they done everything to make our stay wonderful. Beach is a 20 min walk or a shuttle that hotel provides you can take or a taxi for 3 euro. Rooms are very big and clean. Day time pool area can be packed but pool isn't to much. Between lunch and dinner they have snacks, burgers, fries ect. If you want to be in the centre of shops, clubs, bars and walking distance to the beach, this is the hotel you want to stay in.
