Amazing place which way exceeded my expectations! Really spacious clean room with comfortable bed. Private bathroom/toilet was separate, which I do not generally like, but I was aware of it in advance, and so were the curcamstances, so it was not a problem. Either way, the bathroom was quite big too, with bidet and shower cabin, nice water pressure. The location is great: close enough from Piazzale Roma and railway station for it to be comfortable to drag your luggage from there, but far enough to pretend you are deeper in Venice. The square that the house is overlooking is super beautiful. The reception is at the next house, which is not a problem at all cos it is really close by and they are open from early morning to the unthinkable for Venice 11 pm, so in case of any problems you can quickly solve them with the manager. The stuff is really helpful and friendly. They allowed me to store my luggage for free, gave me valuable advice on best public transport connections (because the Ferrovia vaporetto stop is always overcrowded with tourists) and ordered a cheap taxi to the airport for me! The cleaning in the room was every day without any extra charge - which I did not expect and was super happy about. Besides, there is bar nearby which works till 1-2 am and a small kiosk with fast food which is open till 3 am (the latest you can find in the whole Venice, whcih is always a big problem for me, someone who generally goes to sleep very late and always forgets to buy food in advance).

Aboslutely nothing

Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé par trop loin de la station de bus. Restaurants juste à côté, vraiment très bien. Le personnel aussi au top, nous avons été très bien reçus par Adriana, bravo pour le service !!

La salle de bain à part qui nous obligeait à nous rhabiller la nuit pour aller aux toilettes, ce n’est pas la fin du monde mais bon…

Amazing, in the center of Venice near to the station near to the 2 sides of Venice My experience was very good! The staff are very friendly and the room was clean

They don have the fridge in the room but they have a shared one in the reception so it was good

Bra läge, nära till tåg station, vaporetti. Rummet låg direkt ovanför en bar, och det var mycket ljud fram till klockan två på natten.
