The apartment is on the end of a suburban street right near a forest. There is plenty of close by parking and the area and the apartment are VERY quiet, almost to the point of being creepy and I don't say that as a bad thing. Has everything you need for both a short and a long stay and one thing that is important to me: VERY fast internet.
Nothing worth mentioning, the place was fine.
