We loved how away from everything it was, yet the local village was such a perfect day out then getting there it was so quaint and peaceful perfect location, bathroom was fine did the job. Parking was good. We had such a lovely time here and would definitely come back again! We loved how minimum it was the little tv we didn’t expect but at 11pm we were glad to have abit of something to stick on. We chased the sunset over the hill and watched the sunset from the window and outside on our chairs ! So romantic
Sadly the bedding was abit worn, fan needed the dust wiping off it and could of done with a deep clean, some hairs inside the bedding, nothing we were too bothered about but just little things like that. Then next to the chalet someone had tried to return their recycling and it was abit of a mess just left there: the outside chairs could do with replacing maybe a little outside light it would of been perfect. The location was exactly as hoped for: remote, beautiful view, very rural. We loved having indoor toilet and shower. Perfect peace. There are cooking facilities (microwave, hob) which was a bonus as bbq / fire pit couldn't be used due to drought ban.
On arrival one outdoor seat broken and the other one looked as though it might break soon. No coffee facilities e.g., cafetiere. Only small amount of toilet paper, which could have been a problem, as nearest shop miles away.
