It was a very nice trip. The facilities were good. The location of the hotel was great. The rooms are awesome. The staff is very humble and cooperative. The food is delicious, but the price is definitely on a very high side. In winters the heaters are available at an extra charge of 1500/-Rs. The road towards the hotel is very bad. Overall it was a cool and calm place. I will definitely recommend it to others.
The roads to the hotel are bad, bumpy and broken. The price for the meal they charge is on the very high side.

Everything was ok and perfect room and the location.
My reservation they gave to other person without waiting me and they said they had called me but i never got any call or miscall ok i can say their some issue from my side as well as i came bit late to for check in.but still property should have inform me either through call or sms

No maintenance and repairing, TV wasn't working and took a couple of hours to fix.
The ceiling fan wasn't working.
Staff was reluctant to accommodate Booking's customers.

Hotel staff, service, food were exceptional and value for money too. Everything, the stay, rooms and accessories available with them were 10/10. Rooms were clean and tidy as was the all hotel and restaurant. Food was exceptional too.
Location was 7.5/10 bc hotel is around 15km far from mall road murree

Good location & views. The property overall is ok. There are some improvements required but still the best in available options. Back window view is very nice
Suppliers were not provided adequately. No dustbins in the room which were later provided when requested. Internet was extremely uncertain which must improve.

The accommodation is excellent. Rate is best you can get in or near murree as per the quality of servic s. Definitely recommend.
