Great location near Cuba street. Place was clean and comfortable.
The fish processing plant right next door. External appearance a little disconcerting.

Rooms and wardrobe space adequate, space of apartment is enough for a medium sized family, second toilet was good!
Location, a far walk from main streets. We walked it, 2-3 times each day. External air conditioning unit on top of another property was really noisy, heard in every room and hard to go to sleep, near the gate entrance on street, fishy rubbish smell.

Location for our conference and then dinner options was superb.
Great beds.
Some maintenance is required. Door handles not secure and doors squeak, section by front door is falling apart, mold in bathrooms needs attention.

Location
Bathroom was dirty and old. Shower head leaks, central drain clogged, shower door broken and handles broken.
No bedside lights.
Windows (louvre) didn’t close properly made it noisy and cold.
Blinds didn’t keep out light or cold.
