We booked this 3-bedroom home for a family trip to Cedar Rapids, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear this quaint, charming home is exceptionally cared for. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable for the four of us. The house felt like home rather than a rental. The backyard had a place to cook on the grill or just to sit and enjoy the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked with the conveniences and comforts similar to those in my home. There was an issue with the flapper in the toilet, which was quickly repaired. The home was centrally located - easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see and do. If you are looking for a place that can comfortably and warmly accommodate a small family, look no further. I would definitely book this property again in a heartbeat.

Great place for a small family to stay as it gave all of us (with 2 kids) space that we needed with 3 bedrooms. Only suggestion is to replace the bed in the main bedroom (master bedroom) as we could only sleep on it for part of the night and ended up on the couch. Luckily our baseball playing kid had his massage gun and back heat/massage belt for us to use each morning.

Updated and clean. Great neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Nice bedroom layout giving each guest some extra space. Loved the back patio for morning coffee time. Only thing we missed was a larger kitchen table for a shared meal but would not be very practical given the room dimensions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, host was very responsive. Water pressure was great in the showers. Smart TV in the living room was great. Air conditioning was GREAT! Very happy with my experience staying at this location and would 100% stay again given the chance.
