The place was extremely clean, well stocked and in a great location.

Just as advertised. Newer place, nice hot tub. Comfortable.

Everything was ready to go and clean when we arrived. So nice to have the Costco ground coffee and laundry detergent at the ready. Home was clean. Washer and dryer worked well. The master bed was comfortable. Downstairs shower worked great. The home sits opposite the first hole of the Woodlands course with a bike path in between. Guests should be aware that some privacy is sacrificed when the shades are open. Wonderful gas stove for cooking. I would suggest new bath and beach towels. All had a bit of an unpleasant odor. New cutting boards also! The hot tub was difficult to use with the heavy lid. I had expected the patio table to be clean and ready for use but it wasn’t. The a/c didn’t seem to cool the upstairs, even with relatively mild temperatures outside (mid-70’s). We used the fans to pull in the cool night air after shutting off the a/c. I’d like to rate the home a 4.5 but don’t see that option.

The house was perfect. It was clean and spacious and felt modern. The beds were all very comfortable with memory foam mattress toppers. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house looked out into a beautiful open field. The hot tub was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen came stocked with basic spices and paper towels, which we alway appreciate. The pilot light on the fireplace went out unexpectedly at one point, and the hosts were very kind and did what they could to help us reignite it. We eventually got it working and it was no big deal. Communication with the hosts was always very easy and efficient. Overall the layout, amenities and general experience were top notch.
