We have now been coming to Binibeca for about 20yrs, and have stayed in a lot of different villas!Whilst I agree with other reviews which describe the villa as tired, it is perfectly acceptable and we had a great time. The location is perfect, roughly half way between restaurants in Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell, which is a nice walk after dinner!! The beach is also about a 10 minute walk and will be great when the beach bar reopens!!Air con in the rooms was perfect, and beds were comfortable (newer foam type mattresses). There are 2 separate bathrooms, but neither are en suite if that bothers you.The eating area outside was brilliant, with a view of the sea, and shade during the day. The only points I would raise would be:- Some of the tiling in / around the pool is lifting and you can cut feet if not careful. The pool is also only about chest high deep on an adult.- General update of white goods would be nice but not essential- We ate in a few times and would have been nice to have better cookware / serving options, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby so this is purely a personal view.Overall I would happily go back, and consider it to be good value.
