The positives. The furnishings were beautiful and the appliances were top of the line including the washer and dryer. The fridge does not have an ice maker. The management company is very friendly, communicative and accommodating. Loved that. A linen package is included (i.e. towels, bed sheets, comforters) at no additional cost. The unit’s basic cleanliness was good. Toilet, floors, showers tubs, and kitchen were clean. The negatives. The deep down cleaning of the unit and the basic upkeep of the condo is not done very well. The ceiling fans were covered in dust. Some curtains had stains. Some mattresses had stains, there were stains on the backs of some bathroom doors. The headboard in the master bedroom was not attached to the bed and kept coming apart. Also there were no extra trash bags, toilet paper, and no dishwashing/dishwasher detergent left at the unit, although it was requested that we wash the dishes before leaving. We had to purchase these items ourselves. The building is perfect. Indoor/outdoor pool, right on the beach, very secure, central to everything, and lots of parking off season. Overall we had a great vacation. I recommend Seaside Vacations check on the unit and cleaning staff more often to ensure a better experience for guests.

Great oceanfront condo! We enjoyed our stay at this roomy condo with multiple balconies featuring ocean AND bay views. We were provided with all linens and starter paper/cleaning products, so we didn't have to stop at the store 1st. The amenities at Golden Sands have led us to be repeat visitors. Our family used the pickleball court, the tennis court, the gym, and the oceanfront bar and grill. The beach shop was handy, and the outdoor showers and bathrooms were a convenience coming off the beach.

This is a perfect condo. It is well furnished, has comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful view. The golden sands property is well maintained, and the tiki bar has excellent food and drinks. I haven't been to OC in a number of years and was hesitant to go back because I always stayed at the other end. This condo is in north ocean city which is so much nicer. I would return any time.

Overall nice place. Certain areas of the condo could use a better cleaning. The dryer broke in the middle of our stay. We were told someone would be right there to fix it. No one ever came to even look at it. There is only one parking spot and we were not able to get a second for a couple of days. The municipal lot they sent us to was close but was full a lot of the time. Other than that it was a great stay. Location is excellent. Right on the beach, close to lots of restaurants.
