This house is in a great neighborhood with easy beach access. The upstairs AC is fabulous! Wish the downstairs bathroom has a shower or tub, but overall was a great stay!

We enjoyed our weekend in this cozy house.

The house was inviting, open, and located in great proximity to the beach and the seawall. The views from the deck were spectacular. We had a family of 10, 4 adults, 2 older teens, and 4 kids ages 4-8. The teens enjoyed the seperate space below the house. It did feel a little small for us when we were all indoors. Our trip, unfortunately, kept us from alot of outdoor time due to the infestation of mosquitos. The walk path to the beach is one house over and literally as advertised-1 minute. We could not use the path due to mosquitos feasting on us as we walked thru. However, you can drive to the end of the road and access the beach by vehicle. Beach was clean, not crowded, allowing for kids to venture in a large area to explore and still be visible. We coukd not enjoy the yard due to mosquitos.

This was a really cute house, and the walk to the beach was super easy. The owner was easy to communicate with. My sisters and I took our mom to the beach as a late Mother’s Day gift. We had a lot of fun. Having said that, though, there were a few issues. The biggest issue was that the downstairs room ended up being unusable. The musty smell was overwhelming, and the a/c was not working properly. We ended up not being able to use it at all. This meant that we had to move three more people upstairs, and it was cramped. It sounds like the downstairs room has had issues for awhile, judging by other reviews. Also, we never found a downstairs bathroom or the washer/dryer that was advertised. There were some locked doors downstairs, but we had no keys to those doors. Very few extra linens were provided. A couple of pillowcases had spots of mold or mildew on them. There were no basic cleaning supplies, other than a bottle of dishwashing liquid. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and they have always had basic cleaning supplies, as well as trash bags and extra paper towels, etc. We had exactly two kitchen trash bags to get us through the weekend. We ended up having to buy basic cleaning supplies and trash bags at Walmart. One thing on the checkout list was to put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it, but no pods were available. All in all, we had fun, but the issues with the bottom room really need to be addressed to make it usable. The rest of the house just needs a little TLC.
