We had 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 9 years old. The two living spaces was the perfect setup for multiple families.

We all loved this place, perfect location for a quick Southern California getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of options of fine dining and night life.

Rented the entire house for a family get together. Is in a perfect location on Mission, just a short walk to the beach or coffee and taco shops. House was very clean and everything we could need was provided. Great communication with the owner and would certainly rent from them again

My family gathered at Casa Blanca for family reunion before school started. We wanted a place big enough to fit 12 that was close to the beach. This place did not disappoint. The views of the ocean, the casual walk (felt safe allowing my kids to make the walk on their own) to the beach, the location to great food/cafes/bars, etc. this was the whole package. The Bluewater team was responsive to all of our needs. The house was super clean. The roof top deck was awesome! We'd gladly come back.

This home was absolutely beautiful. You felt like you were in a new house with hotel amenities. Beach access was a quick walk. The walk to restaurants and bars was fast. Our favorite thing was that everyone had their own room with space to hang out and have privacy. The roof was our favorite place to hang out. We spent every night up there and watched the 4th of July fireworks from there.

The property was perfect for our multi generational family vacation! It was very spacious, with everything we could have wanted and needed. We were a large family traveling for my daughter’s commencement ceremony. My parents, nieces, brothers, sisters in laws, husband and children stayed very comfortably at the property. The rooftop is beautiful and was used every night while we winded down with a beautiful sunset and fireplace. Prime location, perfect walking distance to the beach, to shops, and many restaurants. Centrally located in a good neighborhood and far enough away from PB that you away from the “party” scene. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The house was well stocked with towels, umbrellas, washcloths, paper towels, garbage bags, and hand soap. The ping pong table was perfect for family tournaments! I will definitely rent the home again. It was wonderful and worth every penny. Check in was simple! They texted me a code. Check out even easier! Just take out the garbage and run the dishwasher!

The property had everything we needed. Loved all the cooking utensils included, we were able to cook meals together as a whole family and enjoy it on the rooftop balcony. That balcony is amazing, you can see the water, and enjoy company. The strict quiet hours were the only thing we had a hard time with, but we understood why it was implemented for the neighborhood. So close to so many food places and bars. Thank you for extending this stay!
