Overall a good experience at the property driven primarily by close location to Bath City center and walkable neighborhood amenities (2 grocery stores, deli, bakery & 2 x inns). It didn't totally have a negative impact our stay however our main feedback is the property is in need of an interior refresh throughout.

The house is amazing, plenty of room for the five of us and more. Even having only one whole bathroom, the shower in the third bedroom is really handy and if you get organised there’s no need for more. It has everything we needed and is located in a quite area, but also close to little shops including a gorgeous bakery round the corner and a pharmacy. You can walk to Bath- it take us about 20 minutes, or get the bus- about 5-10 min. It’s also great to explore all the other areas nearby like Wells, Cheddar, even the coast- we went to Brean beach that is huge and a nice walk. The owner, Vito, is very helpful and was so kind to leave us a welcome pack with goodies for us and the children- greatly appreciated. All and all we had a great time and may return in the future for sure.
