Comfort, Security, amenities and nearness to grocery stores.
My short expetience was very good. I had a day accommodation.

Everything was just as it should be
The extension lead that the TV was plugged into i saw sparks when I plugged in my charger you may want to replace the lead I did turn off after the wall plug !

Nice apartment, clean and tidy, comfortable
Location, the wrong side of town and not the best area

It was clean
It was too warm, no fan and ground floor with single female occupant so could risk leaving windows/door open. Iron didn’t work and there was no tea or coffee or shower gel - I’ve stayed at numerous apartments for work and this is the worst one. Not the best area either.
