Private entrance, free street parking, good communicative host.
Roku tv was nice to have while getting ready.
Quiet neighbourhood.
Got to see a bunch of deer up close just wandering and grazing. And they had fawns.
I think someone had cats in there for years.
The bathroom window did not lock and keeping it open for showers meant a direct sightline from the neighbour's window to my junk.
The spring mattresses are rough, But the couches aren't anymore comfy.

It had good space for me and my family it was clean and convenient house right next to the highway so convenient to drive around

The place was very clean, with well-kept, newer furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oil and other extras. Separate air conditioners in different rooms worked well to keep the place comfortable during some very hot weather.
The neighborhood was a bit rundown and the road out front had a fair amount of traffic, but it got quieter at night. The stairs to the third floor made it difficult to carry luggage to the unit. Parking was only available on the busy street out front, not on the narrow, steep side street near the stairs.

They owner responded quickly when we called. The location was good for us.
It was advertised as a complete kitchen. It had very little and things were dirty and old. I could not cook in that kitchen. Which I had hope to do our meals there.
