L’accoglienza della host, la sua disponibilità, l appartamento era fornito di tutto in modo dettagliato e curato, ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa. Ci hanno messo persino snack, cibo, acqua, birre e fanta in frigo.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse solo i cuscini del letto non erano comodissimi ma è un dettaglio tralasciabile.

My family of four loved location and the great communication of Anita the host. She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage early which was a huge help. The unit was well stocked with welcome water and other amenities that made us feel special immediately. Upon arrival. The water was hot and plentiful for showers and the updated interior and furnishings was a delight and a sharp contrast to many other bookings in Croatia. Would highly recommend this unit and the host.

This property was super clean and very well set up. It’s about 1.2 km from the Riva so a perfect walk all downhill also leading to the main beach swimming area. The unit is within a large complex but being ground floor has its own access to outside. Buses are right next to the complex to take you anywhere ( bus 18 to Split Mall or to the Old Town and Riva ) but I enjoyed walking everywhere. An excellent little cafe is right next door with delicious pastries. A pharmacy and Tommy supermarket are within 100 meters too. The unit itself was spacious especially the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. The unit is super quiet at night too.

I stayed 2 months and my only negative was not being able to see outside at all. This would not be an issue for some people but although I got used to it I felt claustrophobic at first. I prefer a balcony and window to look out of.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the location is very convenient — just a short walk to the Old Town and main attractions. The host was responsive and check-in was easy.

The apartment had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, and since it’s separated from the main building and located on the ground floor, it gave off a garage-like feeling. It felt a bit isolated and not very welcoming at first.
