Cleanliness and service of checking in. I had a sore ankle and Raffaelee bought me an ice making tray
It was all good

The apartment was centrally located, about 8 min walk to the train station. The host was always ready to answer your questions, I had difficulty operating the washing machine (in Italian) and also the garbage disposal was a little tricky (not because of the host but because if city of turin makes everyone dipose garbage only with the diposal card).
Should make a video on how to dispose garbage.
Also, let guests know to be careful with the low ceiling in the bedroom.

Location was great for exploring Torino. Close to the railway station. Raffaele and Marina were very helpful and obliging. The apartment was very clean and bright with all the amenities that we needed for our 3 night stay.
