A lovely property right by the harbour. Lovely sitting in the garden and spending time on the rooftop terrace.
We loved this place but, as with many properties that make up the Venecia of Gran Canaria, it is on the expensive side.

The reception and cleaning staff were excellent and friendly all requests dealt with immediately. The house was large and the kitchen was excellent, recently renovated with new equipment, an Air Fryer would be have been a great addition.
The rooms were spacious, the location superb.
A somewhat tired house could do with cosmetic renovation (flaking plaster, paint on walls scuffed etc). Also no privacy on roof terrace both sides were inadequately shut off and embarrassing for all parties if they were on their terraces the same time as we tried to avoid each other.

Geniale Lage, direkt an Yachthafen und mit Zugang zu Restaurants und Cafes! Wunderschön und wäre von der Grösse her auch perfekt geeignet für 4 Personen! Exklusive Dachterasse mit Kochmöglichkeit, 2 Bäder, 2 Zimmer, charmanter Balkon im 1. Stock und gemütlicher Sitzplatz mit Sonnenschirm im Eingangsbereich. Hochwertige Ausstattung was Küche anbelangt und sehr grosszügige Platzverhältnisse. Einfach wunderbar!!!
